Welcome!
AUTHORS' PLAYHOUSE
continues bringing quality entertainment to Long Island. AP is a
professional community theater spotlighting local talent in original,
classical and popular plays. Authors' Playhouse also reaches out
to serve special segments of the local audience, including senior
citizens and the Hispanic community. In addition, AP presents a
robust line-up of children's theater productions.
We offer a full
educational program of acting, stagecraft and playwriting, youth
outreach programs, and special musical, comedy and other events.
All of these elements, plus adult-education workshops and high school
internships are part of our invitation to YOU.
Authors' Playhouse
is dedicated to building a long-term relationship with our audience;
let's grow together in the years to come.
